I think CKyleC just got back from out there and I believe his review of JH was less than stellar...... http://www.aldeer.com/forum/ubbthre...in=221823&Number=3171192#Post3171192
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

My favorite place in the world! September is beautiful there! I hate to shop but those stores are so cool! Lots of great guides for horseback riding.

My wife and I were there last September. Had a great time, enjoyed great food, shops, and of course Grand Teton. I’d imagine they will have a major Covid-related impact on the place though.

Victor and Swan Valley, ID are good places to stay outside of Jackson and still within driving distance. West Yellowstone, MT is a great destination all by itself. It's not really within driving distance of Jackson but I think think you'll like it better than Jackson anyway.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

Agree with red lodge, great place.
The Teton Valley in Idaho, about 45 min away is great. But if you are looking for man buns, microbrews and fusion cuisine, you are gonna be disappointed. 😂
Having said that, lots of money moving over to Victor and Driggs, so it's not a desert. Fishing is great on that side but not during the summer. Tons of pressure.

I probably shouldn't put this on the interwebs, but I'd go to either red lodge or gardiner, MT (north entrance to YS). Small towns, lots of outdoor access and scenery that will make you want to move.

I prefer Gunnison, CO to Jackson Hole any day.
Quintessential mountain town. Even has an antler store. Lots less touristy than JH.
