We took over a 2 story condo build in OB years ago, pilling's were already set. We were in the process of hanging sheetrock when another survey got done. They checked their lines 2-3 times. When they were done their line went through 2 buildings much like the above garage. The land owner happened to be a very wealthy businessman, gave condo owners 2 options 1. tear down to what amounted to 4 units (1st and 2nd floor) in 2 building or 2. he would sell them enough land to cover property lines/easements for 4 condos. We didn't tear anything down.

Years ago two guys got into a fight over a property corner, seems the corner fell in the middle of a state road and the idiots couldn't figure out there wasn't
an advantage to either one of them.
