I got to hang out with him a little today (his nephew and my son are going to be roommates at college). That dude has lost 100 lbs on keto and intermittent fasting.
He looks like a different person.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Thanks guys! For the record, my head would still qualify as Boone and Crockett. I just wouldn't be top 10 B&C anymore.
I now weigh the same thing I did when I graduated HS, BUT I wear a size smaller jeans than I did then.
And Ticka, you're right. It's not hard, but it is. It's about 10% physical and 90% mental, or as Yogi Bera would say, it's 50% physical and the other 90% is mental. I've tried this 100 times, the only difference this time is I didn't give up. One bad day, or one bad week doesn't stop the journey. It just pushes the destination off a little. If I don't get the rest of the weight off this summer, I definitely will this fall and winter. I'm exactly the opposite of most folks. I can't eat enough in the summer and don't eat much in the winter.
I know we've had a relatively cool summer so far but hot weather has not had near the impact on me that it has in years past. Makes sense. I've lost a lot of muscle and strength but I've lost way more fat. I'd hate to know I had to strap on 100 lbs of weight and walk around all day. I think it would kill me. Knowing that I did that every day of my life until this past year is incredible.
