Yes, and be fore warned. Make sure it isnt land locked and has decent access. They used to have quite a few parcels that had no access and it states in their lease they are not responsible for getting you access.
Ethical behavior is doing the right thing when no one else is watching - even when doing the wrong thing is legal. Aldo Leopold .. (except when it comes to trailer tags)

Why would you lease property that has no access? If you have land adjoining it, its no problem. Thats usually who gets pieces like that.
