Hi I was just wondering if any one had any luck using a Ozone generator? I’m already carrying to many things now. I have a backpack with just things I may need. I don’t really want to have something else to carry. But if they work I may make room for one in my backpack.
Thanks

This is one gizmo that I've heard from several credible sources actually works. There are some variables to consider when using it but used correctly it is suppose to work as advertised.....That's just what I've been told though so take it with a grain of salt. Getting high in a tree on a cold morning and allowing thermals to work for you is a good strategy as well.

Absolutely it works. It does exactly what it was designed for.... To separate the consumer from his cash.

Bingo ^^^^^

I’ve killed some of my biggest bucks right where I took a raw oyster, pickled egg, and beer poop, close to my stand in the dark because I didn’t know I was so close to the stand because it were dark.

Deer come to my mock scrapes that I piss in.

When these two things happen, I know the products are Bovine Scat.

I use a small ozone generator in a tote with my hunting gear inside. Yes, I believe that helps, haven't forked out the cash for the tree mounted model yet though.

Hunting with the right wind is free.

Ok...I'll play along..... grin I'm the first one to call a spade a spade and tell the bare bones truth about a product....Some do work......some don't.....Some work but may not be needed....others may.....This is just one product that I've actually been told by credible sources that does work for the most part as advertised. The downfall I've been told is cost and aggravation of carrying along and setting up. You apparently have to replace whatever cartridge is in them fairly often and it seems like it was close to the same cost as buying a new one.....If I remember correctly it was like having to buy a new one every year or two. I will say this.....if there was one area where I'd be willing to take a chance and try something it would be with eliminating your scent.

I don’t think I’m going to get one. Like I said I already have to much stuff. I need to start carrying as little as possible. When I first started I had a bow a flashlight and a pocket knife. Now it’s two lights, two knives, batteries, gloves, hat, water, grunt call, sent away spray, cover sent, GPS, a pair of binoculars, and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich if I can find room.

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

Knowledge is the best thing you can carry with you....The more you learn and understand the less cumbersome the whole process will become. The biggest keys to being successful is just being able to recognize the right set up, the time, the right conditions, etc.....and being disciplined enough to do the right things. Folks will argue this point but the real key to being successful though is being able to go hunting when those times and conditions are right. There's a huge difference in hunting when you choose to hunt versus just hunting when you're able to go. Good land and being able to go whenever you want to is a big key to many people's success....

It's much more important to learn how terrain and thermals affect scent. The wind changes direction constantly.

Build a small fire, throw oak leaves on it ,stand in front of smoke, you are now scent camouflaged and its free

Two roads diverged in the woods and I took the one with deep ruts, hills and mud.It may be bumpy but WHAT A RIDE!

A drug dog can smell drugs submerged in gasoline I'm told.....There is no such thing as covering your scent with another scent. Deer are able to separate them and smell them both individually at the same time...Smoke does kill or help eliminate bacteria though which is where your smell mostly comes from I do believe.

That's why I actually prefer to hunt days with higher, sustained winds.
