Granted it is in a good area that has historically held good numbers of birds but I'd think that $2-3/acre for absolute jam up turkey land is about top dollar from a "worth" standpoint. Then again, I always say, something is worth what someone is willing to pay and there are idiots out there that continually drive lease prices up way above what they should be.
