In the case of the NCAA and sports in general, its get with the BLM issue. When the majority of your 'free' labor comes from black folks, you get with the picture pretty quick. Better be on the front end of things, or "they'll make your ass quit". Then you gotta deal with constituents that are tied to fan base. A political stand can cost you your position. Pretty sure Major League Darts or the U.S. Association of Chess won't be issuing BLM positive statements. They'll prolly ride this thing out. That might sound racist, but IMO it's simple economics.
