Well, really I don't have the whole story. The driver sure wasn't in a rush to get moving. Maybe the shooter just saved the taxpayers money, IDK. But he sure has some purty underwear. Another fine outstanding citizen I'm sure.

I bet the shooter has some real fine pictures on his FB page. Pictures of himself with puppies, pushing kids in a swing, that kind of stuff. If an LEO had come in right at the time of the execution style shooting and blown his left ear off with the exit hole, we'd be hearing what a great man he was and how police brutality is rampant.
