Dang it, I was gonna say you shouldn't eat books. I think my wife has one. I'll check tomorrow....
If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and will heal their land. 2 Chronicles 7:14

Their are no good books on the topic, There are a lot of books out there that could get you killed. You really need to be properly trained like the mushroom people do it. Eat one wrong thing and you will be looking for a new liver or kidney.

Eat one wrong thing and you will be looking for a new liver or kidney. Well, dangit. I thought a book would be easier to pick up than a second hand kidney.

Didn’t Foxfire books cover some of that?

Didn’t Foxfire books cover some of that? I had actually forgotten about those. Didn't they teach all kinds of appalachian/country/primitive living stuff? I may have to check those out.
