Making a drive that way today. Any recommendations on a good eating place, won’t bust budget?

Bertelone's in Clanton is good stuff. Get the Papa Joe's Special Pizza. Tell them you know, Outback, and they will give you your meal for free.

We just got a Popeyes but Popeyes sucks. I kinda wish there was a Chick-fil-A because they have much better chicken than Popeyes.

Bet the cook at Out back burger house won't be wearing a mask. Nope and don't wash his hands either. But I had no complaints about the burgers.

Had a gyro at Taziki’s in Alabaster. It was delicious. Got a basket of Clanton peaches in back of car too.

Ragtime is good place to eat but they are closed on Sunday. Bertelones in Calera is good Italian, Champys in Alabaster has decent fried chicken but I like their tamales, Cajun boys in Pelham is pretty good for a Po Boy. Champy’s goes through me as I’m driving home after eating it. Tastes great moves quick.

Red onion deli or cafe in jemison is pretty dang good for gas station food. Bought a fajita with steak and cheese the other day and boy. You talking about the Smokey Hollow in Jemison? It's pretty good.
