Grilled Cajun pork chop’s, grilled purple cabbage with some of this morning’s bacon grease dolloped on top to cook through and feta with just picked fried squash

Good stuff. We’re having tilapia fillets, some conecuh sausage that was left in the pack that I didn’t cook this morning, fresh peas, fresh okra & fresh corn.

I picked some squash today and got some green maters on the vine just begging to be fried tomorrow evening.

If you bought those Tilapia fillets, I’d suggest researching the growing techniques used to raise them before you purchase anymore.

Honestly we haven’t had any in forever and when my wife had them laid out I’d thought I remembered reading something on here about a connection between store bought tilapia and feces or something crazy like that. But I shrugged it off and figured I’d eat them this time. Thanks for affirming that fur 😒
