"Rolfe gained media attention when, on Tuesday, June 15, Georgia congressional candidate Marjorie Taylor Greene tweeted a message that she claimed to receive from the stepmom.

The message read: "My name is Melissa Rolfe. My son is the Atlanta officer currently in the news.

"Our family has been completely devastated by all of this nonsense.

"I have heard how you feel on many topics and agree with you 100 percent.

"I pray you are victorious. Please keep our family in your thoughts and prayers."


"On Thursday, June 18, Rolfe was fired from Equity Prime Mortgage's HR department for creating a "hostile working environment."

Unfortunately for her, she will have to prove that tweet was the reason she was fired. Somebody could easily claim she was doing other things in the office.

She's SOL.

She may very well have been creating a hostile work environment. I know I would if there was anyone in the office that supported the thug, if the cop were my son.

Under that pretense, both sides, supporter of the thug and cop, would be creating a "hostile" environment and should be fired.

Is GA an At Will state like Alabama? She has the right to say what is on her mind as protected by the 1st Amendment, but that right does not protect her from repercussions from her speech.
