Copenhagen, Skoal and Red Seal stand in solidarity with the Black American community in the fight against systemic racism and injustice. Supporting our communities has always been at the core of our brands, and it always will be.

We believe in social and economic equality. The unjust deaths of Black Americans are heartbreaking. These Black Americans are our friends, our families and members of our communities – and they’ve endured injustices far too often and for far too long. It’s time to acknowledge our country’s history of racial discrimination, end it, and resolve never to repeat it. Altria and its family of companies have committed an initial $5 million to help address the systemic racism faced by Black Americans and advance social and economic equity.

Today, we honor June 19 (also "Juneteenth" or "Freedom Day") with a day of reflection. On this day in 1865, almost two and a half years after the Emancipation Proclamation, enslaved Black Americans in Texas were finally informed of their freedom. Yet 150 years later, systemic racism and discrimination still exist. So let us pause, reflect on our history, and challenge ourselves – how can we make a difference?

I switched over to Grizzly over the weekend. Not to bad. I had a few black friends growing up that dipped as well but again, Satsuma/Saraland/Semmes rednecks.

I switched to red seal straight a few weeks ago. Hadn’t hear anything about this til now.

Glad I’m a former dipper now. But every company is jump on the white guilt band wagon. And I can count on my fingers the number of black men that dip.

Why are there soo many stupid fellas here ? You put that chit in your mouth, without a care of what its doing to you. IMO, you don't quit because you are plain stupid or have no will power. A mental weakling. Strong willed men put tobacco down and don't look back. I got cancer on my tonsil and never used that crap in any form. You have no idea the hell cancer puts you thru. I had my tonsils and part of my neck removed. I have no pity for morons. Why not just swallow the barrel. Don't drag the suffering your family will have to endure. yes, your stupidity will cause your family a lot of pain if cancer is diagnosed. Are you stupid or just selfish? Its not like you will pass if you don't use tobacco. Is putting that worm dirt in your mouth worth this ? To be honest I'm surprised at some of the names here that use it. Is this in your future ?

Forgive me for being blunt. I had no choice, there was nothing I could stop doing to avoid it. I pray some of you smarten up, its doubtful. I hope you quit tho. You aren't bulletproof.

Glad ya here to talk about it. Coworker of mine had part of his jaw removed. He's waiting on the new teeth to get set on studs now. He also never dipped.

There they go, accepting their white privelege. I've never dipped and not a racist, so they won't see me on their "journey".
