A trooper buddy of mine got two different calls from two different LEOs about an hour ago saying 90% of the Atlanta police force turned in their stuff and walked off the job. We'll see in the next day or two what's true or not I guess.
It may not take a day or two. We may know in the morning.
If 90% is accurate, we will know within hours. I'd hate to be living in Buckhead right now

Officer Tatum made mention of the police force walking out. I hope every damn one of em quits. What Atlanta did to these 2 officers is wrong. Bunch of phuggin scum.

The officers get off free and the Democrats burn the country.
I'm not sure that's a bad thing anymore if the inner cities get destroyed (with the exception of the small store owners who put their life into a business). Businesses move out, and leave a shitthole even worse. Then when police are defunded,,,,,,,,,the area willbe full of POS to take care of each other. Maybe the dumbassess will start realizing democrat pussies suck at mayors. But maybe not.
If you look at it from a Darwinist perspective, we could end up with some sho nuff super predators.

I had to go to Bham yesterday and was listening to talk radio on the way back. What I heard is that the officer who did not shoot, had "turned" states witness and would testify against the other one. They also said the DA was running for reelection this year.

His lawyer emphatically says that is BS. No one in the legal profession that I've seen on TV or talked to thinks the Murder charge will stick. I agree with them. Most think that the DA needs to face repercussions for the way he has handled this.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

The DA is also being investigated for sexual harassment and some kind of money taking.

Problem is, the inner city isn't an island. Once they have destroyed it, they will start moving out. This problem will have to be addressed, we can't ignore it and hope it goes away. We have to have police and we have to have law and order. Period.

The DA said that the cops stood on top of his dead body and that he was shot in the back.
He was 100% shot in the back, he was running away from him.
Doesn’t effect whether or not he deserved it though
Nope it don't.....But i was told/taught to never shoot a man in the back running away.
That is what is going to get the officer. There are very limited instances that you can shoot someone fleeing. The case would be a no brainer against the officer if it weren't for the taser. That really muddles it. I'd really have to see their taser policy to maybe make up my mind.
Why do you think the taser policy is critical to it being criminal or not. ? just asking. The officer is not going in front of a discplinary board ?
