If it was a conspiracy, charging all four was a move that may very well get one to spill the beans. Maybe this was the motive in charging all of them.
Also though, I think it would been much safer to do the hit away from public view if that was the intention.

Also though, I think it would been much safer to do the hit away from public view if that was the intention. Any conspiracy with more than one participant is bound to fall apart when pressure is applied. That's why I don't buy the 9/11 conspiracy BS and I don't think there is one here.
