Do they still make a washing machine that uses water? I don’t want to save energy and I don’t want to save water......I want clean clothes! Rubbing dry clothes together isn’t doing the trick.

I heard that speed queen was coming out with a residential model. Don't know if that ever happened.

We just bought a speed queen because we were tired of our clothes from the front load smelling nasty. They smelled like sweat the day after an all night bender including a stop at the mexican restaurant.

We finally ditched the front loader washer and went with a Speed Queen. They are pricey but have a 10 year warranty.

Most of the washing machine with a agitator in the center use a lot of water.

Top loading Whirlpool with agitator is your friend. Mine is 32 years old and they still make them.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

After about two months of ours smelling like this, I read the instructions.

1. The inner gasket under the middle glass of the front door has drain holes. They get clogged with dirt, dust, hair, whatever else is on your clothes. So you have to clean out that liner and try to pick out any clods of hair or stuff from the tiny drain holes. It's impossible to do.

2. Because it never drains entirely, there's a catch-pan in the bottom of the unit. So you have pull out the rubber drain hose, drain the water and dump. I have found that it almost fills up an 8x6 kitchen pan like you might use for a cake. The water smells like your all-night bender sweat mixed with Mexican food, back-seat desperation with a chick and a visit to the gas station bathroom.

And to *really clean it, you should buy some special tablets to run in the unit on the Clean cycle after doing all this aforementioned crap. And you're supposed to do No. 1 every time you wash, and No. 2 every 3-4 weeks at the most if not more often.

What a load of leftist liberal save the earth horseshitt.

Don't get a Samsung. Their TV's are decent, but other appliances suck. And I know a W&D is made in china.

Top loading Speed Queen from Gary's in Ft. Payne. Don't get the high end model with all the electronics , mid-range model is where it's at. Lock thread , end of discussion.

On our LG we figured out that the only way to get enough water in it is to run it on the Bulky Bedding cycle.

Whirlpool topload washer has been good to us going 2 years strong. 3 kids makes a lot of dirt laundry!
