Bracket 15 won’t come off. It had 3 bolts holding it in, can get two bolts out but not the 3rd. Have to remove cylinder to get the 3rd out. Mark where it looks like a set screw, one is actually a grease fitting, but the other could be a set screw, I’ll check tomm. I thought I had looked At it pretty good, but I may have over looked at it.

Reckon it's a tapered pin and has to drive out one direction? If it's the standard type of rolled into a circle, roll pin, I'd drill it out. That's how we take lots of roll pins out. Use about 3 sizes of drill bits and work your way up.

I just had the same problem on my 8400 while replacing front axle and hub seals. Had to soak it and put heat + 20lb hammer on it. Mine did the same thing, it started moving and then just stopped.

I'd bet it's a tapered or stepped pin that'll only go out the bottom. And you might as well hit it with your purse as that 3lb hammer. Be careful with the heat or you'll bend chit with the appropriate hammer. I wondered about that. I had one that my brother in law and I beat on and beat on. Heated and beat. Nothing would work. We couldn’t hit it from the other direction. Ended up taking it apart and the pin came out the other way with one hit of the hammer.

If it’s the standard C shaped hollow roll pin, drill the dang thing out. If it’s a solid pin it’s tapered like I said above. I’m gonna guess that we take out more roll pins in a week than you rookies do in a lifetime. . I’ve taken out 2 today. Drilled em out, put a little heat on the collar and pulled it off. Easy peasy.

The pin is put, took a cut off wheel and put it on my grinder, cut the top and bottom off above and below the bushings. Took cylinder and put it in the vise and broke out the 3 lb short handle sledge and got some long stroke swings on it. 3 hits and it came loose. Then took the small hammer and knocked the rest of the pin out. The main problem was where e pin went through the cylinder, and I’m sure the pin itself got hot while cutting it and helped some. I’d done heated the bracket red 3 times. But either way it’s out, and they’ll be a 4”x7/8” bolt with a lock nut go back in it. Damn that pin driving! 🤣🤣
Thanks for the help, ya rookies need all we can get. 🤷🏿♂️😁
