Have you been following the Flynn case: He was set up to the point the the FBI changed his 302 (interview report) to destroy this man. Conspiracy reason being that in his position under Trump, once Trump took office, Flynn would have to sign off on the FISA warrants, so they had to get rid of him. No one can "find" the original 302 report. It is "missing". Anyway: The DOJ dropped the charges, because the charges are/were complete BS. The Judge then instead of dropping the case, is now allowing other lawyers to argue in front of the court that Flynn should be found guilty. Last week the DC circuit court ordered the Judge to provide his reasoning for not dropping the case. They were so vain in their framing him and so sure of themselves, they probably just told him straight up, "you see how we framed you, we're going to do the exact same thing to your son, only worse, if you dont comply with our wishes and plead out." I bet if we really knew the whole truth on a lot of this, who all was involved, and how it was all orchestrated and went down, it would curl your hair up. We were not even supposed to know what we do actually know now which I'm willing to bet is just barely a scratch on the surface.

I think he worked with his dad at the Flynn Group or whatever it was called that was doing work for Turkey - and the Feds were going after them for FARA, failing to register as a foreign agent.

He should have just granted Flynn's motion to withdraw his guilty plea and grant the government's motion to dismiss.
As deadeye said he is trying to play both prosecutor and judge now and it is obvious.
I expect an appellate court smack down of that biased judge.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
