Its been a good while since ive used that and it did help some
I use Theraworks Relief now and it always sooths the tense muscles in my neck without any side effects
When I need expert advice I tend to talk to myself
The older I get the better I used to be

I get leg cramps no matter how many potassium tabs I take. I hate bananas and I'm even consuming them to no avail.

Well I wasn't gonna share that info but since you let the cat out of the bag The magnesium supplement is a great idea since it is a natural muscle relaxer but just be cautious because too much will loosen bowels...youll know when you've had too much
