Its been a good while since ive used that and it did help some
I use Theraworks Relief now and it always sooths the tense muscles in my neck without any side effects

Might as well rub water on it. Useless for my back pain.

Don't get any on your wife, it's bad for women folks or so the doc told me. I didn't notice any difference with it.

Get some bigeloil. It's a horse liniment you can get at Tractor Supply. The gel is better than the liquid in my opinion. Used Voltaren gel and it's result were so so.

But does it ease the pain in your mangina Bryan ? rofl Jus kiddin. I'm heading out to get some. I get leg cramps no matter how many potassium tabs I take. I hate bananas and I'm even consuming them to no avail.

Well I wasn't gonna share that info but since you let the cat out of the bag
The magnesium supplement is a great idea since it is a natural muscle relaxer but just be cautious because too much will loosen bowels...youll know when you've had too much

I just saw in my local CVS that Voltarin is now being sold as an over the counter drug. I've only used the prescription type, and it works well for me. I would think the OTC wouldn't be as strong a dose.
