Depends on what you want it for. I have the blink xt2 camera systems for the exterior. I like it.

I setup a Ring floodlight system on the front and back of my country place and they work great.

At home, I have a Lorex system that is powered with PPoE - power over ethernet. So you only have one run going from the NVR to the cameras. This is an 8 camera feed and I can watch live from a monitor in my office or on my phone - all of them on a single screen or whatever config I want - plus it is recording 24/7 and keeps about a weeks worth on the NVR. Plus it can alert on motion.

At the camp, we have the Blink system that you can pull up individual cameras but it only record on motion events, plus you get notifications on motion.

They both are exactly what I want for what they are for - the home system, I can glance over to the monitor and do a quick property check or see who is at my door or coming in my driveway. For the camp, I get motion recorded for any kind of theft, trespassing, vandalism, etc, plus I can pull it up to check each cam individually whenever I want.

We’ve used ring cameras for a few years now. No complaints so far

Blink is the best in my opinion, especially for a true wireless system. Plus there’s no monthly fees.

Depends on what you want it to do. Most of the wireless systems now only provide a limited storage amount and time and are motion activated. Even the best of them have a lag and won't catch someone going by close to a camera at a full tilt run.

I want a system that records 24/7/365 at our homes so I use lorex and a massive dvr for about a month's worth of storage. Some are power over ethernet, some are older power/digital paired cord sets. All of them work fine and support newer/higher resolution cameras so you can easily upgrade until a squirrel gets in the roof and chews a wire. I can look at any camera from anywhere I have an internet connection from any device.

If something happens across the road - I can look back in time from a couple of angles usually and confirm or deny a lot of the story(s) if there are questions.
