Will be most packed when we go back to eat in?
My vote is Mexican. I’m dying for some mexi. I will probably eat it every day
for 2 weeks when they open.

Mexican easily has the widest appeal. I’m personally looking forward to my favorite Nepali/Indian joint to resume the lunch buffet.

As soon as I go to Montgomery, I'm hitting either Lek's Taste of Thailand or The Green Papaya for some Thai/Laotian. That is good stuff.

Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.

We'll be heading to Don Pepe's for the Mesquite grilled, Southwest spiced, bacon and jalapeno wrapped shrimp served with all the fixings...frijoles barrachos Spanish rice and pico de gallo.

We opened in Florida May 4th. The next day cinco de mayo, They had to have cops at most Mexican restaurants to direct traffic. We waited an hour, but drank a pitcher of margaritas while waiting so we were happy

The Green Papaya is staying closed until June 1 but you still get takeout I believe. But yes they’re both damn fine. I messed up once at Green Papaya and got it Hot. I only ate about 10 bites of my meal

Mexican is about all that is opened back up here. We ate at the one by my house last night. It sure was good to gorge on chips.

We went to our favorite local Messican restaurant last night. It was our first choice of places to go out to eat at since the re-opening of dine in services.

Ole boy was jammin to some messican music on the job yesterday and it made me hungry for a chili rellino.

I noticed in Anniston yesterday that none of the buffets were running yet. So, unless your town is different you'll have to wait.

BTW I have always wondered since living mobile in the early 2000's why it seemed every Chinese buffet there had #1 in it's name. They were not all desearving of that title.

I’ve always wondered who the parent company of all the Chinese takeout joints next to WalMart/grocery store chains is. Their menus are the same, floor plan is the same, the sauces and chopsticks are all the same. No way it’s a coincidence.

Yes, I agree. Plus it is that way for Mexican restaurants across the country. I know they are owned by different people but there must be a "restaurant starter kit" that is sold to.them because the menues are almost identical for many. The model is the same that's for sure.

We ate at Habenero's in Millbrook last night. The tables they had open seemed pretty full. I picked up takeout from them a few times the last few weeks but it was good to actually sit down and feel normal again.
