True story. This was from a week or so ago - Someone in our neighborhood called the cops (multiple units responded) for a neighbor's get together the other evening. Literally like <10 people, just hanging out in the driveway and yard chilling and playing cornhole. Couldn't even call it a party...more like an outdoor mingling/supper club type setting. Anyway we passed by again later and asked about it, thinking maybe someone complained about noise? And they were like "Nope, numbers. Evidently we're violating the numbers limit." This was at someone's private residence. No trouble, no disturbance. Absolutely ridiculous. Gotta have that one special neighborhood Karen. Should have told the po po to pound sand and GTFO their property. I honestly think (or at least hope) that this was one of those calls that the responding officers had to make an appearance but then drove away shaking their heads and chuckling. The group sure as heck stuck around long after the cop visit. "bUt Us OfFiCeRs DoN't LiKe ThEsE cAlLs AnYmOrE tHaN yOu Do!!!" then proceeds to kick a bunch of 8yo's off a baseball field, despite them staying in groups of 6 or less, and 20-30' apart (with the mayor and police chief's blessing).

And people wonder how so many Germans were complicit in the persecution of the Jews... This is how it starts folks. The whole "Karen" thing is really unfortunate. I have 2 gals I know named Karen. One of them is Mrs. Irish's girlfriend. She's like a sister to me and I love her. Crazy as a sprayed cockroach, but I love her still. The other is a gal who's a close friend of all of us in our cabin community social circle who is fighting Leukemia. She's kind of a well off lady from Vestavia, but I have warmed up to her since she's been hanging out with all us rednecks and started to let her hair down.

Somebody called the health dept on a local bbq joint. LEO's were eating outside on picnic tables. Health dept told them they would shut them down if they let anybody else eat out there. SMDH

Gomer my sons play in the same league and I heard about that late last night. I was told that the mayor and chief were at a disagreement on the practices. Either way if it’s worked out now then that’s good. On a side note, Saturday my son had a tball practice there. There was a crowd of about 30+ democrats under one of the pavilions our there and having themselves a good ol time. I didn’t care. Don’t understand why people passing by can’t just drive on by without sticking their nose in it. Just PM'd you
