deerman24 OP 10 point D Joined: Aug 2013 Posts: 3,245 louisiana	twisted my knee a couple days ago. Can't get dr appt and it really hurts, I've tried ice packs but didn't help much, tried heat and that didn't work. What would be better the heat or ice. Any help other than drugs
