I got in and the kids met me in the carport. Apparently my mini pin Buddy was fighting a cobra..... Neither the dog or the snake was harmed btw. I left him in a tree to let things calm down, lol. [img] https://imgur.com/a/fdQECwb[/img]

I think that's a hog-nosed snake or spreading adder as we called them when we were kids.
I always called them shotgun snakes.

Should’ve tried the wip it method of death looked like it was trying to, by grabbing it by the tail! our young boxer caught a garter snake by the tail and was whipping it around, lifeless after the first few whips.
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....
