Do they have to publicly disclose their investments such as stocks when they’re elected?

I was just thinking in the future why not just track them for any big sell offs or buys?

They are supposed to be invested through blind trusts.

Meaning, they don't know who is investing for them and those who are investing for them, don't know who they are investing for.

Of course, two phone calls and that all falls apart.

I believe they are supposed to disclose any trades over a certain dollar amount within a certain number of days after it takes place.

If you create the system, you are damn sure going to know how to beat the system.

I would LOVE to see the GOP throw those Republicans under the bus to get Feinstein convicted on charges.
Yes, they're likely all guilty but you know the Democrats would circle the wagons for Feinstein but if the 3 Republicans are offered to the Democrats as the "hostage negotiation" they might go for it, though doubtful.

Because the records are in physical form, as in paper, in the basement of Congress. It’s millions of pages. And you can make copies at 10 cents a page. I’m not making this up. I just read about it.

The senator from Georgia Kelly Loeffler that sold millions of stock before we knew the economic effects of the virus husband is one of the top dogs on the NYSE.
