Two weeks of this ---- I miss my church people, and I miss worship. Our church is the largest in the state, so we still get to see Pastor C., but it isn't the same as being there and feeling it. I also miss going to breakfast with one of my church/small group buddies. We try to get together every once in a while to have guy talk and take on the problems of the world and Montgomery. My wife isn't too good at that, she's good at a lot of things but not guy talk.

I have two older aunts who are incredibly involved in their church and they are just nuts because they probably end up down there 5 times a week doing stuff.Pretty much their entire social life

I sure am missing my church and friends that go there. Never thought I would see the churches be shut down for anything in my life time.

We are doing it online beginning today as well. We're doing what we can, but I will miss physically gathering to worship with my church family.

. We have it online, I miss being there, being around others in worship.

Yeah, I only get to go every other Sunday because of my job and TODAY would be my normal day to go.

First Baptist Church in Mongtomery live streamed Jay Wolf's sermon at 830 for the 2nd Sunday in a row. Our sunday school class will be meeting via ZOOM at 1100. Trying to stay connected with the church best we can! I miss the fellowship tho.

I haven't been able to get the highlands services to load or stream..or what ever, the last 2 sundays. Figured there may be too many folks tuned in.

One can download app., watch facebook live, use youtube, just keep trying --- You know it is the devil throwing it out there to keep you from watching --- Pastor Chris started today and Dino finished. Also, try to reboot your computer and router, that may help too. If you need help please pm me, I will try to help you.

Our Connect Group (Sunday school class) met this morning through Cisco Webex Meeting- compliments of a class member's account. We were able to log into his private meeting room and go through Scripture and pray together. It doesn't exactly match physically being in the same room together, but it still counts! Zoom is a great tool as well. The last thing we need is to get comfortable NOT meeting and NOT connecting. Those of you that are left out, I encourage you to point your class and church leaders to do likewise.

They can shut the building down but they cant shut the church down.
