Sad part is I would say most school administrators feel the same as you. But can’t do anything about it because their hands are tied as they are being told this mental problem is normal and acceptable

My wife is a teacher. According to what my wife told me they have kids "transitioning" now every year. They have to call them by the name on the roll. Their legal name. Of course that's what all the teachers want to call them to, not to cater to their perverted attempt at attention. It would be worth checking to see if LA has the same rules. If they have to call the kids by their legal name, then it stands to reason that they'd have to call the teachers by theirs.

When I was in 2nd grade, I had female black teacher that refused to call me Bill. The first day of school, at roll call, she yelled out Weeeeyam Brown! I answered and told her I went by Bill. She proceeds to tell me my name is William and that is what she'll call me. It took a couple weeks, but she eventually got tired hauling me up to the office for not answering roll call.....she never called me Bill though and I never answered to William. She'd look my way at roll call and point to me when she wanted me to answer a question in class.

I would have a problem with my kids being in a trannys class. It is absolutely wrong and I do not want anyone trying to convince them otherwise whatsoever. I might just send it notes with Bible scriptures concerning the matter every day until it decided to move them to another class. Like it or not our kids teachers are their role models for the biggest part of every weekday, they spend more time with them than we get to. I wouldnt want my kids spending several hours a day with any kind of homo. I guess im a biggot.

There was a story in the news just this week. Female teacher included a slide of her soon-to-be wife in a lesson of slides. Told the minor kids how the woman would soon be her wife. School Board suspended her. Thing ended up in a lawsuit. The school board paid 6 figures to settle it.
The fact is not a heck of a lot the board can do with Ms. Jamey legally.

The funny names and stuff reminds me of an old long haired wild kitty showed up at the house. It would sit in the edge of the woods til we went in the house. Then come eat. It was wild as a buck deer. The kids fooled with it. Got it used to people. They named it “Belinda.” It got tamer and tamer.
It was up on the porch one day. Had it’s back to me. It was pretty obvious the she was a he.
I said “Hey, kids, look at the nut sack on Belinda.”
They changed its name pretty quick to W.K. for “Wild Kitty.”

That’s more phucked up than a box of bream hooks. I’d try to be civil but it wouldn’t last long. YOU can call that bastard what he/she/it is but the school can’t and there’s nothing that can be done about it. I will not have one of these teaching my kids. I wish you well in dealing with this.

What can happen is every parent remove their kid from band and if able, send them to another school. If there are no students taking band then there is no need for a band director.
