There's way too many regulations. And once you jump through all the government hoops, they won't provide you with the seed when it needs to be planted.

Hemp plants contain no more than 0.3 percent (by dry weight) of THC (tetrahydrocannabinol), the psychoactive substance found in marijuana.
Marijuana typically contains 5 to 20 percent THC. You can't get high on hemp.

I believe the amount of thc is the only difference in the two aint it? Yes and no. Hemp comes only from the cannabis sativa plant. Marijuana comes from the cannabis indica plant. Hemp is a lean fibrous stalk and Marijuana is more of a bush. They are both cannabis plants. Kinda like wheat and rye, same but different.

I know several people who are growing it it not that bad on regs. Why would you think they are going to supply you with seed? Govt doesn't provide seed for anyone else. Most are planting slips anyway at $2.00 at pop and you have to have 5 acres or be in a greenhouse.

My wife has had multiple back surgeries and it seems the pain management doctors are determined to wean her off of all drugs that work. She thought about the CBD oil, but I told her if she was tested she might lose her doctors altogether. Medical marijuana pills or some derivative of it is legal in FL. My MIL was given it when she had cancer.
