what do you thank about the ruger .22 lcp would it be a good pocket pistol ? I’d rather have a NAA 22lr, IF a 22lr pocket pistol was my only choice.

I am looking at one hard. 11 rounds is nice. If they made in a 22 magnum I would own one. I love my Kahr 9, just like something a tad smaller for summertime

Yep, would love a summer time "9" or "45" for a front pocket with nice shorts or dress pants. It looks a little baggy when I have to untuck part of a dress shirt to fold over the butt of the pistol. I don't always like to wear a sport coat around the office.
What are nice shorts to me, not the baggy gym shorts or long board shorts/cargo shorts that look like men's capri's. Then, I'm not really wearing the 1980's NBA basketball shorts either.

I guess it's a gun for folks that can't retract the slide on or handle the recoil of the .380 LCP, but when I first saw it announced, my first thought was "why??"
May be a good training aid to practice with then carry the .380 too

Funny you say that gundoc. My MIL just gave me a 380 LCP just last weekend, that her now passed husband had gotten for her. It had never been shot. I tried and tried working with her but she didnt have enough strengh in her hands to grip and retract the slide on it. She could shoot it okay but just could not get one into the chamber on her own. Her exact words were someone will take this from me and shoot me with my own gun while I'm trying to fiddle with it and get a bullet in the chamber. I'll say this, it's stiff for sure and there's not a lot for a weak handed person or female to grab onto on such a small framed gun. I'm gonna run a couple hundred rounds through it and see if it loosens up a little and may let her try again. She lives by herself out in the country so I'm gonna get her something. Look at the Shield 380 EZ ... Very easy for those with weak hand strength to operate. They also offer it in a 9mm but it has slightly stiffer springs

She tried 30+ guns before buying the 380EZ.
