I average about 12000/year on my truck...pretty much drive it to/from work. Wife has averaged about 20000/year on her Tahoe.
We're looking for a newer vehicle for her and ran across an '18 Tahoe. Price was about $27000...other '18 Tahoes/Yukons had prices anywhere from $37k to about $44k. Wondering why it was priced so much lower that the others, I looked at the listing and it had 107000 miles on it. Looked at the carfax and it originally sold (1st registered owner) in November 2018. It was traded in last Oct...original owners put those 107000 miles on it in 11 months.

Good grief! Do you do any of the your farm work yourself or just manage workers? That's between 153 miles & 170 miles per day. Seems like you wouldn't get much tractor seat time if you were in the truck 3+ hours each day. I knew a man who did contract lumber sales than averaged 50k+/year, but he was driving from job site to job site each day, all day. He never had to really spend any time at any one place.

From what I gather, 257 is more of a "consultant" to farmers rather than an actual farmer himself. I believe he advises farmers on their options when it comes to fertilizer plans, spraying schedules, seed types, etc. to get the best possible yield. So I would assume he spends a lot of time driving around to all the different farms he consults for checking crops, talking to farmers, etc.

As I said earlier, I have a 2011 F250 with about 30,000 miles on it. Would have more miles but every time it leaves the asphalt it's STUCK!! Spent about 4 hours today with it sunk down a good 2 INCHES and just wouldn't go pulling an empty 18' trailer. Had to hook a tractor to it this past summer in my yard because there was dew on the grass. 4x4. Different tires. It has done pissed me off!!! I would just like to go on record as saying I was not involved in ^^^that^^^ in any way

Drove home, got my 4 cylinder Toyota and went and pulled the trailer out and back home, no problem. I don't know if it's all F250's but with mine if it leaves asphalt, it's stuck. Tried different tires. Nothing has helped.
