I started taking CBD w/ melatonin in it and it puts me down. Only other thing that would make me sleep as good is half a bottle of bourbon. Ive tried all the over the counter stuff, CBD w/ melatonin works the best by far.
A BAD DAYS HUNTING OR FISHING IS BETTER THAN ANY DAY AT WORK

If has the same ingredient (sleep aid) as NYQUIL then i wouldn't be able to take it! That chit gives me crazy arse dreams 😳 Dreams ain't the problem when I take nyquil, just the opposite. That mess will keep me wide awake for days. Lots of medication seems to have an opposite effect on me. Outback, I have the same situation. Take something that says "may cause drowsiness," and it's like I drank 5 cups of coffee and I'm reacting to a cobra in bed.

Why not just take melatonin? I have and it does nothing for me. My issue is that I go right to sleep but wake up sometime during the night and will be awake for who knows how long. I may have to get back on my prescribed med. It's cheap and works real well but I hate taking yet another drug. same thing happened to me the first and only time i took it, woke up at 230am and couldn't go back to sleep. Since then i have went back to generic benadryl, its the same thing most sleep/pm meds have in them, its just costs less.

It puts my kids out like a light. I’ve never taken it. But my sons mind won’t quit at night unless he takes it It my case it's my oldest girl but it knocks her out pretty good. Doesn't do much for me.

my wife takes it (Zzzquil) if she's out of her prescribed med, but it only works about 4 hours for her.
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

Best thing for sleep is to smoke some pot. You will sleep like a baby all night. No side effects like accetametiphine, bleeding ulcers, liver damage. Good lord they prescribe us poison and outlaw crap thats harmless. Can you overdose on pot...no. Can you overdose on Dayquil or anything like that? Yes. Not to mention organ damages. Smoke one. Try it then report back. I garantee you its better and healthier than any pill or liquid crap. Things are so silly and backwards. true, but it's the pesky "whizz quiz" or hair plucks, that companies pass out on a random basis that get in the way! that's what I can't get my wife to understand...just because it may be legal, doesn't mean your company will accept you partaking in it. just because we go to Colorado, where it's legal, and partake...then come home and one of our companies pops a test, we can still get fired if it is a company policy, doesn't matter that it was legal WHERE we did it.
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

I just threw that chit in the trash. It screwed with my mind last night.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
