Did anyone else have trouble sleeping last night? I did. I woke up about 2300 and seemed like I slept off and on until the alarm went off at 0430. I have felt very out of sorts all day. So I was talking to my best friend at work about a project he and I are working on and the subject of "I didn't sleep well last night" came up. Of course since he has a master's degree in engineering and he's sort of a super geek he really gets into all kinds of science theory and also conspiracy stuff too. So we're discussing sleep and he says that the particular frequency of of the Schumann Resonance can adversely affect your sleep patterns when the frequency is significantly different than your normal brain wave activity during your "Delta" or deep sleep brainwave frequency. More reading... http://aasb.pw/schumann/?i=1I haven't read the whole page yet, but is would seem to me that if this were the case then pretty much everyone in a particular time zone would have a bad nights sleep all at the same time.

I slept like a baby last night. But then my brain seems to be wired differently than normal folks. Ironically I usually don't sleep good. I actually woke up this morning thinking it was odd that I slept so well.

I honestly think it had more to do with the amount of vodka I drank last night than the Schumann Resonance.

I haven’t read the link to what you posted but I woke up at 11:00 last night and that’s very unusual for me. It’s not unusual for me to wake up but waking up that early is.

For some damn reason, I have been waking up at 1:30 every morning for the last 5 nights. Almost to the minute. It has been as early as 1:27 to as late as 1:36. Idk what the hell is going on.
Yeah, well, I always heard there were three kinds of suns in Kansas: sunshine, sunflowers, and sons-of-bitches.

I usually get about a good 4 hours of sleep when I first go to sleep. Then wake up around 1:00 or 2:00 and lay there awake and end up playing with my pecker!!
Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.
My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

I remember one night, she had just washed the sheets and put fresh linens on the bed, we had the little one up spending time with him in the bed and all of the sudden out of no where came this projectile vomit like something out of the Exorcist. Got on everything. We were all ready to go to bed and spent the next hour of two cleaning up stuff. Kids are highly overrated.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I was at work last night... as well as tonight... keeping everyones google boxes alive so all of us goons have something to do when we can't sleep.
I usually sleep fine though....Well, "fine" is relative. I've got a 18month old and 4 month old....So I pretty much sleep like crap now-a-days.. But it's good crappy sleep....not bad crappy sleep like I was dealing with this time last year.
The fool tells me his reasons; the wise man persuades me with my own.
