In Coosa Co in a box stand overlooking a plot next to some hardwoods and a sage field. 1st sunrise I’ll see from a stand this year so I’m excited. May be on doe patrol today. Was gonna sit in a climber I have in a hardwood draw but wind completely wrong so had to go with plan B. About 8 degrees cooler up here than in Montgomery. Good luck to all.

In a climber on public land. Just had a deer come through from right to left at 30 yards. No rack, doe or maybe a spike.
The weird thing is that it came exactly from the downside of where my scent was blowing to.

Dr. B Good luck! Our bucks were starting to get up and moving around a bit this week. My dad missed a shot opportunity on a nice one that was freshening a scrape line saturday.

In a hardwood swamp that borders a pine plantation. Had a doe ease through about 715, nothing else since.
