Thank You! and if you havent logged out and reset your cookies since I fixed the blinky envelope, that is on you.  I get logged out automatically weekly, and when I log back in I still have a blinky thing

Got some PM's over the summer and now mine is constantly flashing..even deleted all mr messages. No luck

You got an old file stuck in your pc somewhere. Try a different computer. The blinky envelope has been deleted from this end.

I strongly suggest you update your systems or even just buy a new puter. im still seeing it as well, went and deleted cookies tried different browser and have tried multiple pc and mobile devices all pc are on a private govt network and mobile is either wifi or cellular
