Indeed is getting bad about emails that do not apply to you job type. Linked in is real good but does not offer a distance circle around you. Hate to say it you may have to drive to Huntsville. What is your job area?

I do construction for the city. It doesnt really matter to me, i just need to make a better living for my wife so maybe we can think about a bigger family later on.

Go to work for a GOOD Company like Brasfield & Gorrie...Work Hard doing whatever trade you do. Try and work You're way up to being Superintendent Material. If they won't promote You....the FACT that You Worked/Had Experience with them...Smaller Companies will Snap You up in a Heartbeat. Typical Commercial Supt. makes from $65K to $150K Base Salary plus Bonuses....depending on the size Project.
