After the next election if the republican party gets the house and the senate control, can they pass new laws that would curtail the ridiculous impeachment movement. They are talking about a continuous impeachment process as long as Trump ,or any other candidate is in office they don't like.

If this goes to the Senate, Mitch can tie up the Senate for months and none of the potential president candidate can leave to campaign. He should announce a 7 day/week process for the next 3 months.

McConnell has said he's going to move this through as fast as possible. Everyone hoping that Republicans are going to use this as a chance to expose democratic corruption by calling, and prosecuting, Bidens son, Hillary or any other Democrat criminal are going to be disappointed. Senate has a perfect opportunity to really "nuke" the dems and take them out of power once and for all with this impeachment trial in the senate and Trump desperately wants it to happen. My take is the Senate will dismiss the charges without fanfair or any big "truth exposing" trial. Why? Because the Repubs up there are up to thier necks in the funneling money to family members and corrupt schemes just like Biden, Obama and everyone else in Washington. Most that live in glass houses are smart enough not to start throwing rocks at people on the other side of the glass. I've always asked myself, why would someone spend tens of millions in a campaign, to get a job where you have to live in Washington DC, and only get paid $170K/year? Then you ask, how do these people all somehow manage to become multi-millionaires within 3-5 yrs of being elected? The only hope for an actual prosection of parties involved in this impeachment crap and coup against the president lies with Durham. If I was him, I'd have 3 dozen agents protecting both me and my family 24/7. Lotta people are not going to like what he is going to expose if he is allowed to fully do his job.
