They sent me a prepaid shipping label. Simply took it to UPS. Had to pick up the return at the FFL location of my choice.

I shipped a pistol back to Ruger last year. They sent me a ups shipping label I printed off of an email. I could of used FedEx too but was closer to ups. I just talked the box up real good and used paper inside the box. The lady that I talked to at Ruger is what the French call a bich. She had to of been married to a higher up or sleeping with the boss. I finally had enough of her attitude and told her it wasn't my fault the damn pistol broke.

I sent my Remington 700 in for the trigger fix. They sent me a prepaid box to ship it back in. Also got delivered right back to my front door. I had the same experience with Sig. The sent me a shipping label for FedEx, dropped it off and had my pistol sent to my front door exactly one week to the day later.
