Guy at work said pickles and pickle juice. Haven’t tried it but may be worth a shot If anything else...you won't have to worry about cramps for a while.
I had much rather be tried by twelve than carried to my grave by six!!!!

Gargle warm salty water... 3 to 4 times a day.
Table spoon of honey 3 to 4 times a day. Let it melt in your mouth and run down throat.
As for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.

Salt water gargle will help, if not better back to the doc. We are seeing a lot of bacteria resistance with azithromycin, especially in cases of strep.
Finally deported myself from the peoples republik of Kaliforkistan.

1.25oz of bourbon, tablespoon of honey, half ounce of fresh lemon juice and a cup of water.
Heat the water to a boil, add lemon juice and stir in honey until it dissolves and then drop a shot in it. It works and is tasty....sip on as many as needed.

i always do the warm salt water 4-5 times a day. Thats what the dr recommended when i had strep
