I have been waiting on package for almost 3 days now that should have been delivered Tuesday.
If you look at the tracking info, both Tuesday and Wednesday it shows no delivery attempt made, rescheduled for the next day.
Now, today is shows it's at the Fedex facility in Tuscaloosa, but will be delivered today...I just went off on two of there customer service reps.
The last one says she called the facility and they told her it was on truck and would be delivered today....we'll see.

In their defense those delivery folks are working their tails off right now. I’m sure the payload has ramped up considerably because of Christmas.
I have no doubt about that. FedEx should plan accordingly. I don't mind it being rescheduled once, but twice when they didn't even make an attempt, is unacceptable

Sometimes FedEx is great. I received two checks I needed immediately. Sent from NY late yesterday afternoon and I received today before noon.

I had UPS do the same thing this week. Two “delivery attempts” when it was supposed to be delivered Monday. Last night at 9:37, I heard footsteps at the front door. Got my pistol and opened the door, and saw two UPS delivery men getting back in the truck. Dropped 2 packages off at the front door after 9. Last thing I would want is those two packages sitting on the front porch all night asking to get stolen.
Yeah, well, I always heard there were three kinds of suns in Kansas: sunshine, sunflowers, and sons-of-bitches.

Ups is the bad one here they deliver dog food twice a month here and still leave it at the neighbors half the time.

The free 2 day shipping at cabelas/bass pro is a joke as well. Ordered a few things monday and when it didnt come in today i looked and it says it will be delivered this coming monday. It is being delivered by fedex but i dont think this case is their fault because as of right now they still haven’t recieved my packages. Yeah, during the order process, it defaulted to 5-7 day free shipping and I had to actually select the free 2 day shipping. I've noticed a few places doing that. They lure you in with free fast shipping but then make you select it during the order process. Brownell's has a membership you buy annually that gets you free 2 day shipping but if you're not paying attention, it will default to 5-7 day shipping. I let them know what I thought about that one time too. It's one thing to offer it but make you choose the faster free option, but when I pay an annual membership, I shouldn't have too.
