Anyone using one of these? I really have trouble sleeping these days even after getting a cpap. I just cannot make it through the night and wake several times. I have heard about weighted blankets and read a little about them.

My wife swears by hers. I couldn't stand having that extra weight on me. So that makes 1 vote for yes and 1 vote for no.

Same at our house. The weight feels ok for a few minutes but I can't take it long

I like it. But if you use it all the time it looses its effectiveness.

My wife made one for our son with Autism, and he liked it for just a few minutes. Our daughter (non-autistic) has taken it over and loves it.

Kind of like sleeping under those cotton quilts your Grandma made.

Wife has one, works great for constantly pulling all of the covers off her side of the bed. Can’t imagine sleeping under it, has to feel like being smothered. I bet it weighs 20lbs.

Give me bout 15 more minutes, I was dreamin about beavers..........

Try taking liquid melatonin 30 minutes before you go to bed and wear socks.

I've never heard of this. Sounds hot and uncomfortable. I need a sheet and sometimes don't need that.

X2. I think it's awful, but I like it to be cold when I sleep. They're just too hot for me

I use one and I do sleep better with it then without. It actually breathes well and I don’t get hot during the night.

The secret to a long marriage is to keep on dating, just as you did before marriage. We have "date night" once a week.
Hers is Saturday, mine is Thursday.

The only time a married woman gives those is if your not married to them!

It definitely pulls the covers off the bed on my side though.

I have read about this and for some reason it kind of reminds me of people having "emotional support animals." It seems like some strange fad phenomenon.

I stay in Hampton Inns a lot when I travel for work. They have these big, thick down comforters on all the beds winter and summer. The first thing I do is toss that thing on the floor, grab the thin bed spread out of the top of the closet, put that thing on the bed and crank down on the A/C to about 66 degrees.
