Well, I finally got around to rebuilding the carb for my 06 Rancher and I dropped one of the 4 bowl screws when I was reassembling the thing. I had everything laid out on the tailgate of my truck for convenience and all was good up to that point. It dropped into the gap between the tailgate and bed so I hope it made it all the way to the ground. I moved the truck, looked on the ground and the felt around on top of the hitch but didn't find it. Tomorrow I'll see if I can find it with the metal detector. If not, hopefully Lowe's or a hardware store than will be open tomorrow will have one of the little metric bastages. If not I'll be at the mercy of an ATV repair shop to hopefully have an old carb that I can get a screw from. That's gonna delay me putting the thing back together but such is my luck. Wish me BETTER luck smile

While I had the gas tank and half the plastic off, I pulled and rebuilt the starter as well. One brush was slap gone in that sucker. Hopefully she'll be good as new by mid week.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Last Yamaha carb I went through some jack leg stripped the heads out. I got-’em all out. I replaced all 4 of them. Metric machine threads, I got them from Lowe’s or Home Depot can’t really remember but they weren’t hard to find.

PM me if you don’t find it - I think I may have an older carb in a box that I can disassemble and send it to you.

Is this a bad time to remind you that I suggested replacing the carburetor instead of rebuilding it?

If it's on the ground get a magnet roller like contracters have to pick up nails
