They have hybrid species of the Rock, They will adapt to Georgia, Bama, Mississippi, Texas, and Louisiana. Folk think the temperature drops will take them out but it will affect very few of them as they find places to survive fairly easily and can go in the water. They also have active reproductive pairs of cobras in Florida right now. Predictions say where a gator survives, so will they.
Personally, I think an active hog population on solid ground will keep them in check.
Betwixed the Hogs, Snakes, and liberals, a person will need a Bowie Knife and a 45/70 just to go to the mail box one day.
Axis deer will be all over our country one day too.
