Bammer will still get in unless they lose another. Their fanbase brings too much money and travels too well for them to be left out. I do think they'll get their arse whipped in the CFP though There is not a single team in the country whose fan base would not travel to playoff or championship games, but the media and the committee slobber over Nick to much to leave him out. There is still a chance the Barners can fix that. They slobber over him because he’s won it 2 out of 5 times we’ve been put in and made it to the championship 4 out of 5 times ...... that’s pretty good odds and proof that your team deserves to be there but please don’t let facts get in the way of your bias. What does the performance of previous teams have to do with this year's team? Even little Nicky would tell you not a damn thing.

I do think they'll get their arse whipped in the CFP though They might would lose in the CFP, same as with any team playing against the top 4 teams, but I haven't seen any teams this year that are gonna just flat out whip ass. Clemson, LSU, Bama, Ohio St and Maybe UGA all have the capability of beating each other if any of them played.

Minnesota is kind of an enigma. Haven't seen them play yet. I think LSU and Ohio State are 1 and 2 in my book and I'm a Bama fan. Bama's gotta clean up all the mistakes and sloppy play. Tua just doesn't play well in big games. Really surprised Jones didn't get the start and Tua brought in for 2nd half if needed. LSU is impressive. Looked like a well oiled machine.

How in the hell can anyone throw UGa in the mix right now???
If the aubies can find any offense this weekend, the Dawgs go down big.
Bama Homer here, but after the top 3, not sure what teams could outscore Bama. D is less than stellar, but not Big12 bad.
I throw UGA in that mix because on any given Saturday they could hang with the top 4 teams...on any given Saturday they could lose to USCe too. As bad as their loss was, if they win out, they are in.

None of it really matters other than a conversation piece. Win out and you are in, except for BAMA and No. 6 through 8. Minnesota should be at least higher than both UGA and Oregon.

The Gophers should be, but IMO that's your media bias at play. UGA - SEC darling Oregon - Pac 12 darling They were ranked early and no one (voters) had Minnesota on their radar. And now even after ripping off 9 wins, they're still not getting their due. Stinks for them. Side note - first bowl game I ever saw was Dec. 22 with Minnesota and Maryland in the 1977 Hall of Fame Classic at Legion Field.
