I sent one back that quit a couple weeks ago. Got the replacement today. Opened her up, put in the batteries and a new sd card, turned her on and guess what? It dont work. Doing the same crap the other one was doing. Called spypoint, sat on hold for 56minutes waiting on a service tech, worked with the service tech for an hour, camera still dont work. He said it should start working within 24hrs, same crap another service tech said about the last one. I think thats what they tell you when they want to get off the phone with you. Fellow on the phone seemed pretty knowledgeable and did try hard so I wont put this on him. Spypoint sux. Nobody should ever have to listen to the same recording over and over again for 56minutes before they get a real person on the phone. If they cant do better than that, they aughta just quit.

I got one a few months ago. It works great but I have had to update it twice, both in the first week when it stopped working. No problem since

I bought one to try it because it was $20 off and came with an SD card, as it was about the same as most decent game cameras. I liked it enough to buy another one because I found another coupon for one. I liked that one enough that when someone gave me a gift card for Academy, I bought another one. They are all working great. As I said on another thread, the cell phone picture quality isn't perfect, but its good enough to give you the info you need. and let you know if there are shooters around. Not only that, but to run all three costs me $120 a year. So for roughly $360 all in start up cost for cameras plus $120 per year, I have three well-functioning cell cameras sending me above average photos. I'll update as I go along, but as for know I am pleased. Try that price point with Moultrie and Cuddieback stuff. Good luck.

Mine works great as long as it's in a spot that gets a decent signal.

The quality of the pics is much better on the sd card, they just dont transmit in high quality. And you are right, as long as they are working, they are ok.

yes, forgot to mention the SD card photos look as good as any other. I'm fine with that. Really keeps me from not going out and checking cameras. Batteries last for a couple of months.

I’ve now tried the moultrie, cuddeback and Spypoint mobile cameras and the Spypoint Verizon are by far the best. The customer service sucks so just make sure you buy the right plan in the beginning and don’t need to upgrade and you’ll be fine

Or you can pay annually for $120 which is what I do, saves you $60

Had mine for 4 months now and works great. The first week it stopped working messaged spypoint and had to update firmware. Sends pics on one Signal bar no problem from my lease north of Camden.

Well I figured out why the new camera dont work. They sent me a verizon cam, I use AT&T. I reformatted my sd card today and imported the update files again and turned it on. It acted like it was trying to work but wouldnt. Then it hit me, I bet its a verizon cam. Sure enough it was. So I called customer support, waited 40min on hold. The lady said send it back and theyd send me another one. I said send me a return shipping label and ill send it back. We dont send return shipping labels. What a load of crap. The guy I talked to yesterday said he was giving me 3month free unlimited service for my troubles, the lady today said she was giving me 2months free. I told her what the guy yesterday said, she said there was no record of the 3months free he promised me. This is some world class customer service. They might as well have sent me a rock in a box and I have to pay $15 to send it back. Im starting to feel like an idiot for keeping on going with this but im pretty stubborn.
