Did anyone else hear the reports this past week that New York City officials admitting that they have been shipping some of their homeless to the southern states? Homeless are reporting that they were promised jobs and healthcare upon arrival and there was none. sanctuary City??? They even sent some to Hawaii.

I heard a few years back they bought a bunch of them a one way ticket to Douglass County, GA and they gave them $1000 each once they got on the train for a fresh start. My cousin lives over there and said the mall looked like the walking dead were invading when they first all got there. I went to visit about 3 months ago and didnt notice any just wandering around.

Lol, I’d send them to Hawaii too. Less chance they’d make it back.

That's a fantastic idea!
Hawaii sucks anyway, it's a schit hole.

They been shipping train loads of chit down south also. Guess they figure we are the dumping ground for all their problems.

Not doubting that they are "shipping" them different places, but homeless communities also travel throughout the year. I worked with a homeless ministry in Orlando and every year, the same time of year, the same group of guys would show up. Most shelters only allow people to stay for a certain amount of time, so they work the system and the weather by making their way up and down the coast as the weather and seasons change.

Besides being a liberal state this is part of Hawaii’s problem now. The homeless rate is through the roof, no pun intended.

Homeless folks do travel together. If you knew a certain city could provide medical or mental health care for a period of time you'd visit too.

Only hits count.

Cost of living in Hawaii is very high.

California is giving their homeless one way bus tickets to wherever they want to go. They are not taking them up on the offer and very few take tickets. I really feel sorry for those folks, I live close to New Orleans and try my best never to go there but sometimes I have to for business. When I do go I bring 25 or 30 1 dollar bills with me and hand them out as I go pass the homeless. The liberals have made a mess of the whole problem, instead of finding them housing and trying to give them work they just say come here and you will be welcomed

The majority of those people choose to be homeless, because they don't want to live a life structured enough to participate in civil society. They will go wherever the most free stuff and good weather is.

Why don’t you cut out the middle man and just hand out hamburgers, heroin, and liquor?

Hell Deerman, they give them tents. I feel for the mentally ill Vets there. I feel disgust for people that are lazy or drug addicts.
