Gomer might not be early with his tree, it could be last years still up. There use to be an old black man up the road that left his Christmas decorations up year round.

We have a small 3 foot tree up all year. Wife decorates it for all holidays. New years- little noise makers and party hats, Valentine's- hearts and kissy lips all the way to thanksgiving-turkeys and cornucopia and then your standard Christmas tree stuff.

I tossed our tree after last year. The wife informed me we was getting a white snowman tree. I said hell yea that’ll be sharp. ESP since we heat a lot with wood. I laughed, she didn’t. Fun times!
