As long as the house is standing they and all their druggie buds will be there.

Hide and shoot them in the eye with a pellet gun. Problem solved. I like how this guy thinks.

This is why I’ve convinced myself that it’s not worth buying property.
Why would these type problems be less of a problems with leased property? Or do you just not want to hunt any more? I had the worst problems on a property I leased. It's obviously easier to walk away if the property is leased.

Leased properties would be the same issue.
Deer hunting larger clubs that have large tracts of land, or hunting larger tracts of public land have been the only way I have found to minimize the potential of dealing with the problem.
Depending on your location, you may or may not have experienced to the extent I have seen this type behavior play out. I have personally found that the smaller acreage you have access to, the more potential you have for problems.
I haven’t quit hunting, I just quit wasting money on places that I feel have higher risks for nonsense like this. I know I can’t afford to buy a big enough piece of property that I can move to the other side to avoid having my hunt messed up by such activity if it was happening until I could get it under control. Same issues exist when leasing property, it’s just harder to deal with when leasing than when owning. Folks trespass on larger tracks you just don't run into them lol

Years ago I had a similar problem. If I had stayed there long enough one of us would have left in an ambulance and the other in the back of a police car.

I kid you not, my moultrie app is no longer showing a active modem at one of the properties. You're most likely fighting a losing battle. Be nice, and give it a shot, but I have given up before. I got $500+ worth of stuff stolen at a lease a couple of years ago. It was more of and inconvenience than the money, even. Hoping to sit in a stand, and showing up and it's not there is no fun. X2

I know what I'd do in that situation. Some things are better left unsaid.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.
