Missed a doe at 80 yards yesterday afternoon...found out this am that my scope is 6in high at 100 yards...thankfully I realized it on a doe and not a nice buck

Carbon, you ever tried public around other parts of the state? I hunted a club north of ttown that I put a years worth of multiple sits a week and only saw 3 deer hunting but killed two of them...after that I said I am never gonna go through this again and got out of there

Id like to but i just cant right now. Im hopefully gonna get to go to kentucky tho after christmas..that will probly be my only chance at a decent deer. I dont mean to complain...but its really that bad here.

Hunted almost all day.....nothing....i saw a possum....an i entertained the thought of shooting him so i wouldnt have to go home empty handed, 3rd day ive hunted in a row..saw a doe yesterday.

The kids and are Heading back to the camp tomorrow. I’ve made my mind up that it’s time to kill a deer with the 350 legend I built so if a big doe gives me a chance I’ll take the shot if my son lets me hunt with the legend. He laid claim to it the first time he shot it. Either way I’m gonna try to kill a doe.
It's hard to kiss the lips at night that chews your a$$ all day long.

Out of town for the holidays but I’ll be headed to Clarke county for a SOA hunt 26th-29th. I’m hopeful, gotta at least get a doe. What section? I may be able to help if 14 or 15...hunted them last year..send a pm if so
