As my grandaddy said once, "you could shed off this 17 acres and fill it up by dark with crap" so I know it will never be big enough. However, I have a buddy that built a 30x30 with 2 10' lean to's with a slab for about $28K(2 rollup doors and a slab). On the craigslist I see a metal tubing building a 24x70 for $22K(4 rollup doors, no slab). It seems like you get more building with the tubing style. What gives here? Metal gauge? I need a shop but I want to get the most shop for my money also. TIA

Best deal I could find and couldn’t be happier; I’m sure the more expensive stuff is nicer but my tools don’t seem to notice.
