I would have left but the wife was hungry. When I finally got to the window I told the Associate that's the longest I have ever waited in a Taco Bell drive-thru, and I've been going to Taco Bell since the 70's. She mumbled something about short-handed and training someone. She wasn't rude, just giving excuses. I told her they needed to improve because they were the only Taco Bell in Andalusia, so we have nowhere else to go for Taco Bell food. She just shrugged her shoulders. I wish I could talk directly with the owner. I live in Andalusia and would like them to be successful. But they won't be around long if they continue to perform as indicated in this thread. Keith

Asked them to turn their lights on. It had been dark for an hour. Watched 2 people drive off. Finally got to the window. Drive thru girl was nice enough but she got pulled to the front counter and then got chewed out by a customer. 3 other employees come to her rescue and stand behind her. Fat girl employee starts dancing and twerking her fat ass. Im watching this in amazement. I couldn't leave because I had already paid. I see my food come up to the window, but no one there to hand it to me. Finally got my food and left. Took 20 minutes. Left there wondering what in the hell just happened???
